Acclaimed director Michael Mann is slated to release his new feature film called Public Enemies which stars Christian Bale and Johnny Depp. Check out more information and official trailer after the jump.
The action thriller is the story of legendary Depression-era outlaw John Dillinger (Depp)—the charismatic bank robber whose lightning raids made him the number one target of J. Edgar Hoovers fledgling FBI. Top agent Melvin Purvis (Bale) is geared towards taking down the outlaw that gained a positive response from the people.
Public Enemies is scheduled to hit theaters nationwide July 1st through Universal Pictures.
